Director
The critical role of supporting
clubs in selling grounds and identifying and acquiring new sites is led by Chris,
who is a Chartered Surveyor by profession. He played a key role in assembling
sites for Fitness First plc, where he was acquisitions surveyor. He also has considerable
experience in developing other commercial and mixed use schemes.

Anna
Kocerhan, Projects Director
Anna
is a respected specialist in developing sustainable strategies for local sports
clubs. A grant aid expert and consultant to the Football Foundation, she was general
manager and Vice Chairman at Cirencester Town FC, successfully steering the club
through the funding and development process.

Clark, Procurement Director
Ensuring
that developments are delivered on time and on budget is the responsibility of
Will, who is by profession a project manager, cost control consultant and quantity
surveyor.

Caroline
Brooks, Principal Consultant
After
six years at sport and leisure consultants, PMP, Caroline joined Sports Solutions
GB in 2007. She has a wide variety of experience ranging from international projects
in Abu Dhabi to local projects for South Somerset Council. Caroline is currently
responsible for helping the company win new business as well as supporting the
team with its current projects.

Coney, Consultant
James
joined Sports Solutions GB from Eastleigh Borough Council, where he was the Sports
Development Officer. James was responsible for the development and funding of
many community projects within Eastleigh Borough. James is also a UK Athletics
Level 3 Performance Coach.

Fraser
Digby, Business Development Manager
Former
Manchester United, Swindon Town, Crystal Palace and QPR footballer, Fraser understands,
first hand, the challenges facing sports clubs across the country. Since retirement
from professional football, Fraser has been involved in sales and marketing, business
development and customer care.

Ken
Chapman, Non Executive Chairman
Ken
was the former Managing Partner of Chapman Warren Planning Consultants and later
CEO of RPS Planning, Transport, and Environmental. A specialist in town planning,
financial/business management and commercial negotiation, Ken has a strong track
record of involvement in local sports clubs - he has been chairman of Swindon
Town FC and Executive Director of Cirencester Town FC.
